华贵人寿保险股份有限公司中英简介

华贵人寿保险股份有限公司（以下简称“华贵保险”）是经中国保险监督管理委员会批准，于2017年2月成立的全国性人身保险公司。公司首期注册资本金10亿元人民币，总部注册地位于国家级新区贵州省贵安新区。

Founded in February 2017, Huagui Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huagui Life”) is a national life insurance company approved by the former China Insurance Regulatory Commission. Huagui Life owns an initial registered capital of RMB 1 billion and its registered headquarters sits in a state-level new area named Guian New Area, Guizhou Province, China.

公司由中国贵州茅台酒厂(集团)有限责任公司、华康集团、贵州贵安金投、贵州金控集团等11家单位共同出资创立。经营范围包括人寿保险、年金保险、健康保险、意外伤害保险、分红型保险；上述业务的再保险业务；国家法律、法规规定的保险资金运用业务；中国保监会批准的其他业务。

Huagui Life was established and funded by 11 enterprises such as Kweichow Moutai (Group) Co., Ltd., Huakang Group, Guizhou Guian Financial Investment Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Financial Holding Group. And the business scope of Huagui Life covers life insurance, annuity insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and dividend insurance; reinsurance of the businesses above; utilization of insurance funds as prescribed by China’s laws and regulations; and other businesses approved by the CIRC.
